Please fill out this form if you are an artist who would like to apply to have your art in our Rooted Art Gallery in Seaside, Oregon. All artists, artisans and local makers are welcome to apply with this free application.

Join Our Art Gallery

All artists are welcome to apply to have their art in our

Rooted Art Gallery in Seaside, Oregon.

We will let you know within 4 weeks or sooner if your application has been accepted.

What you can expect: If your art is accepted into the gallery, we will choose which of your available work will be placed in the gallery and we will choose where and how to display it in the gallery. If art in the gallery is not selling, you may be asked to refresh your stock in the gallery. Many artists underprice and undervalue their work, so if your current retail price is too low, it will be adjusted appropriately.

The current open hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 10am-6pm.

There are two payment structures to choose from:

  1. You pay $100 per month, the gallery receives 25% commission

  2. You pay $0 per month, the gallery receives 40% commission

Please stick one payment structure, no jumping back and forth between them. One-time change between payment structure may be done on a case by case basis, please talk to us.

Please keep your art in our gallery for a minimum 4 months; we don’t want to have a lot of moving around. Keep in mind that Seaside, Oregon is a tourist town so winter is slow. Spring and summer will have higher sales.

Participate in the monthly Art Fair

The first Saturday of each month (excluding January and February), there is the monthly Seaside Art Walk where many local businesses participate and are open from 5pm-7pm.

At Rooted Art Gallery, we will have an art fair on the first Saturday from 10am-8pm to correspond with the art walk. We will have coffee and baked goods and as many art vendors as we can fit.

Vendor booths are $75 for the day. If you are interested to be a vendor, please submit an application via the form above and we will email you with all the details.
